1. Who is responsible
The seller of this product is FOP Ihor Aleksandrin, 70 Ispanska St., Kharkiv, 61205, Ukraine ("the seller", "I", "we"). Contact: [email protected].
2. What the product is
The product is a downloadable spreadsheet file (.xlsx and a Google Sheets copy link) that runs inside your own Excel or Google Sheets account. It contains no code that connects to any server of the seller, no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies and no add-ons.
3. What data I receive
- Through the marketplace (for example Etsy): the data the marketplace passes to me when you buy - such as your name, the e-mail address of your account, your purchase and message history. I use it only to deliver the file, answer your messages and keep the records I must keep by law (for example accounting records). The marketplace has its own privacy policy that applies to its handling of your data.
- Through messages you send me: whatever you write. Please do not send me passwords, banking details or tax numbers.
- From the spreadsheet itself: nothing. Everything you type into the file (prices, costs, orders, SKUs) stays in your copy, on your device or in your own Google/Microsoft account. I never see it.
4. Google Sheets copy link
If you open the Google Sheets copy link, Google processes your data under Google's own terms and privacy policy. The link only lets you make your own copy; it does not give me access to your copy.
5. Legal bases and retention (GDPR)
- Performing the sales contract (delivering the file, support): Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Legal obligations (accounting and tax records): Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, kept for the period required by Ukrainian law (currently three years for accounting records - check with your accountant before relying on this).
- Support messages: kept for as long as needed to help you and then deleted or archived by the marketplace per its rules.
6. Sharing
I do not sell your data. I share it only with the marketplace you bought from and with service providers needed for accounting or e-mail, bound by their own data-protection terms, and with authorities when the law requires it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask me for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and may object to processing, and you may complain to the data-protection authority of the country where you live. Contact me at [email protected].
8. Children
The product is a business tool and is not directed at children.
9. Changes
I may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
