Refund policy
If a Product does not work for you, tell us within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you.

| Spreadsheet templates (Etsy) | 14 days from purchase if the file will not open, does not work as described, or does not suit your use and we cannot fix it. We fix or replace a broken file first if you prefer. |
| Google Workspace add-ons and Chrome extensions (Pro keys) | 14 days from purchase, on request. After a refund the license key is no longer valid. |
| Telegram bots (Stars) | Payments are made in Telegram Stars and processed by Telegram, so Telegram’s rules for Stars apply. Use /paysupport in the bot or email us; we review every request and refund through Telegram where it is justified. |
How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or message us through the storefront where you bought.
- Include the product name, the order number or the Etsy / Telegram username, and a line on what went wrong (optional but it helps us improve).
- We reply within 1–2 business days.
How you get the money
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the storefront or payment provider that took the payment (Etsy, Paddle or Telegram). It can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider. Where a provider refunds on our behalf, its rules about timing apply.
Etsy and Paddle purchases
If you bought on Etsy, Etsy’s purchase protections also apply. If you paid through Paddle, you can also ask Paddle for a refund; Paddle is the merchant of record for those payments. Contacting us first is usually the fastest route.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country, including any right to cancel or to a remedy for faulty digital content.
