1. What this product is

The product is a spreadsheet template (an .xlsx file and a Google Sheets copy link) with a PDF guide. It contains formulas and reference tables. It has no server, no account, no scripts, no add-ons, no tracking pixels and makes no network requests of its own.

2. Data the seller receives

When you buy on Etsy, Etsy processes your order, payment and contact details under its own policies. The seller sees what Etsy shows to shops (name, order details, message content). The seller uses it only to deliver the product, answer your messages and handle order problems.
The product does not send any of the data you type into it (bookings, guest names, amounts) to the seller or to anyone else. The seller never receives your copy of the workbook unless you choose to send it for support.

3. Data you enter

Everything you type stays in your own file or in your own Google account. If you use Google Sheets, Google's terms and privacy policy apply to your copy. Guest names or other personal data you add are your responsibility: only record what you need, protect the file, and follow the data-protection rules that apply to you (for example the GDPR if you host in the EU or Ireland).

4. Support messages

If you send a file or screenshot for support, remove guest personal data first. The seller deletes support attachments after the case is closed.

5. Cookies and analytics

The product has none. The seller's shop page is run by Etsy and is subject to Etsy's cookie policy.

6. Your rights

You can ask the seller what personal data the seller holds about you and ask for it to be deleted, subject to legal retention duties (for example tax records of sales). Contact: [email protected].

Updates to this policy are posted with a new effective date.
